A successful job search has many variables outside my sphere of influence. Although I can’t determine the decisions of individual hiring managers, guarantee you’ll find a job in a specific period of time, or give you the job specific skills you may need for a specific position, I can assure you that you’ll be better prepared to represent yourself as a professional and prepared candidate.
What types of results can I expect?
Generally speaking, you should expect three interview requests out of every 10 applications you submit when using the resume I provide, as long as you have tailored that resume for each separate position as we have discussed.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
That depends. You should begin to experience an impact immediately. Keep in mind positions you apply for receive applications via the Applicant Tracking System in which information is stored and may not be acted upon for a month or more. You may not receive calls right away but by using the resume and documents I provide to consistently apply with appropriate edits made by you, you’ll see immediate improved results as a result of your applications.

What types of payment do you accept?
I utilize PayPal for invoicing, payments, and project agreements. You can pay via PayPal with a credit card and are not required to have a PayPal account to do so.
What happens if I need to quit the program or cancel the service?
Services must be prepaid for in advance and full refunds are not provided.
However, a partial refund may be available under specific circumstances if withdrawal occurs prior to the drafting phase.If for any reason a client decides to discontinue use of the services he/she has commissioned, the client will be billed for the amount of time spent on his/her order prior and up to the time of cancellation. This includes the information gathering session and telephone calls, briefings, emails or faxes. Notification of this decision is the responsibility of the client and monies for the time spent on their behalf up to this notification become immediately payable. Failure by the client to notify EZ Resume Services of the decision to cancel will not negate payment in full. The rate charged prior to the provision of the first draft is $50 per hour.
What happens when we’ve reached the end of our agreement?
At the conclusion of our agreement, you are empowered with the materials and guidance provided to navigate the remainder of your job search independently. Should you have any additional questions or needs, you are welcome to reach out to me at any time.
What if you have never worked with someone in my industry?
I’ve been fortunate to work with job seekers in a vast variety of industries. Although I am not an expert in all industries and trades around the world, I am an expert in helping you identify the skills, experiences, accomplishments, credentials, education and training that are important to market you successfully for a career of your choice. That is the expertise that I bring to your project.
Under what circumstances will my costs increase?
Your costs will only increase if you request an addition to the original project scope that wasn’t covered under our initial agreement. Once we start a project, you will know the exact cost of that project before we start.
What happens if I don’t listen to you, take your advice, or do it your way?
You can always exercise that option. Unfortunately you may not experience the positive results that the strategies and materials are designed to help you achieve if you choose not to best utilize the expertise I have to offer.

I’ve found it is most difficult to work with individuals who aren’t truly invested in understanding the value of and return on investment of paid professional resume services as they pertain to their individual job search and career objectives.

In order to provide the best outcome for you, I need to learn everything I can about you, your goals, your skills, your experience, your education, and your training. I need to be able to objectively review all these elements in order to strategically determine what to highlight about you to best align you with your career objectives. I need your commitment to provide that information. It is a commitment of time and effort you’ll need to make – but one that will have a substantial return on investment for you.
How long does the process take? How long will we be working together?
In general, a resume and cover letter project typically takes 10 working days. LinkedIn projects are also approximately 10 working days. The actual time of completion is heavily reliant on your availability to provide information, input, and feedback once you receive draft documents. It’s important to understand the length of the process strongly relies on you and your commitment to stay engaged and involved. The clock begins once I receive payment and all the requested information from you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available depending upon the scope and extensiveness of your project. This is determined on a case by case basis.
Do I retain the rights to everything developed when we’re working together?
Yes. You own all of the materials and documents we develop related to your project.
