Second time using Rob to update my son’s resume. Once again, he exceeded my expectations! From responding promptly within the hour, calling to discuss current needs (on schedule – to the minute!) and providing a very short turnaround time to allow my son to apply for a job in a timely manner, I can’t imagine any better customer service. Rob created a resume for my son that I am sure will put him a step ahead of other candidates. Both my son and I are thrilled with the results:) I am definitely going to use Rob for any future resume needs. The cost is more than reasonable and the value outstanding. I highly recommend Rob. He is a true professional who knows his stuff!
